The Johnson Team was founded in 2011 by Jeff Johnson with a vision to build more than a real estate business—he wanted to create a place where agents could grow thriving careers and fulfilling lives. After working on another local team, Jeff saw a chance to do things differently: to put people first, build a culture grounded in Humility, Ownership, Teamwork, Positivity, Integrity, Growth, and Grit (HOT PIGG), and support agents with the training, systems, and leadership they need to succeed. What started as a small idea has grown into a strong, values-driven team built on trust, collaboration, and real results.
In 2023, Jeff passed the leadership torch to Dan Noel as CEO, alongside Executive Assistant Erin Taylor, to guide the next chapter while protecting what makes this team special. Based in Colorado Springs, we’re proud to be experts in this community—many of our agents live, work, and raise their families here.
